Wendy’s Experience

Wendy started out as a chemist and transformed her career into a talent connector. She’s worked across all size companies including recruiting through business operations at Aerotek where she started her career partnering with life sciences companies. While at Foundation Medicine, she met with Sarah Larson and formed an ever-lasting partnership. Her experience in startups and venture capital portfolio companies stemmed from Third Rock Ventures where she helped launch Thrive. Most recently, she has partnered across a variety of clients in HR and Talent Acquisition at Haystack Oncology, Northpond Ventures, C4 Therapeutics, and Nomic Bio.
